Llys Offa is a detached house in Ruabon, five miles from Wrexham. The property has two king-size and two super-king size bedrooms, with one of each on the ground floor, along with a twin room with pull-out trundle bed. Outside is an acre of grounds with stream, sitting areas, patio, BBQ and heated swimming pool with sliding canopy cover. There is also an external changing block with shower room available in the summer months. There is off road parking for 8 cars.
