Outside this property continues to impress with its acre of grounds with stream, sitting areas, patio, and BBQ for enjoying alfresco living in summer. Also outdoors is the heated swimming pool with sliding canopy cover. The pool can usually be used between April to October and the water temperature will vary depending on the weather. For convenience there is a pool house changing room with two showers, hand basin and WC.
There is off road parking for 8 cars, so plenty of parking space is available.
Ruabon is a community on the outskirts of Wrexham. The town of Wrexham offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst nearby are the National Trust owned Erddig and Chirk Castle. Within driving distance is the historic city of Chester with its zoo and old city walls, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park with its myriad of outdoor pursuits.
