Llys Offa is a detached house in Ruabon, five miles from Wrexham. The property has two king-size and two super-king size bedrooms, with one of each on the ground floor, along with a twin room with pull-out trundle bed. One of the king-size rooms has an en-suite and a balcony, and there are two family bathrooms, one with sauna. There is a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room and snooker room. Outside is an acre of grounds with stream, sitting areas, patio, BBQ and heated swimming pool with sliding canopy cover. There is also an external changing block with shower room available in the summer months. There is off road parking for 8 cars. Llys Offa is ideally placed for enjoying North Wales, Chester and Shropshire, in an area full of great walking, biking and spectacular scenery.Note: No stag/hen parties or similar.
Ruabon is a community on the outskirts of Wrexham. The town of Wrexham offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst nearby are the National Trust owned Erddig and Chirk Castle. Within driving distance is the historic city of Chester, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park.
