There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen area from the delightful dining room, where you can sit and relax with friends and family over a delicious home-cooked meal. This room is complemented by a good size utility room where you can dry boots and coats.

•An open arch with a single step leads down from the kitchen the lovely summer room, with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the lake, just welcoming you to step out and enjoy the countryside from the garden. 

•There are five comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and four on the first floor, three of which have good lake views, whilst the master bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom.

There are many good local walks including the Bishop Bennet Way which is less than 2 miles away and many good cycle routes too.  The village of Farndon nestles quietly near the River Dee, approximately 10 miles south of Chester. The village has a number of lovely little shops, as well as welcoming pubs, ideal for relaxing in with friends and family.  For day trips out, Chester features an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and attractions include a zoo and city walls.
