Manor Wood is a spacious detached holiday home set on the owner's award winning touring caravan park, in the village of Coddington near Tilston and Farndon. With superb lake views, this is a great place to relax and unwind with friends and family.
Guests holidaying a Manor Wood enjoy access to the excellent onsite shared facilities which include; a children’s play area (suitable for kids aged 6 to 14), an outdoor heated swimming pool (open between the months of May to September), tennis court, a games room with pool table and table tennis and the coarse fishing lake.
This sleeps 10 property is beautifully-presented throughout, and features:
•A spacious lounge with comfy sofas, flat screen TV and a charming inglenook fireplace with a warming woodburner,
•A beautiful kitchen with granite worktops and an electric AGA which provides style and warmth in winter. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen area from the delightful dining room, where you can sit and relax with friends and family over a delicious home-cooked meal. This room is complemented by a good size utility room where you can dry boots and coats.
•An open arch with a single step leads down from the kitchen the lovely summer room, with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the lake, just welcoming you to step out and enjoy the countryside from the garden.
•There are five comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and four on the first floor, three of which have good lake views, whilst the master bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is ample off road parking and access to the on-site facilities including a swimming pool and a games room. Manor Wood is a superb Cheshire cottage for family and friends to create fantastic memories, any time of year.
Coarse fishing can be enjoyed on site, in the fishing lake in the garden.
There are many good local walks including the Bishop Bennet Way which is less than 2 miles away and many good cycle routes too. The village of Farndon nestles quietly near the River Dee, approximately 10 miles south of Chester. The village has a number of lovely little shops, as well as welcoming pubs, ideal for relaxing in with friends and family. For day trips out, Chester features an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and attractions include a zoo and city walls.
Cheshire is an idyllic countryside location for a luxurious self-catering retreat. With rolling hills, the sweeping valleys of the peak district and amazing natural beauty, you will be astounded by your surroundings. You can find peace and quiet along Cheshire’s Sandstone Trail or enjoy spectacular fauna and flora in the Delamere Forest, enjoy all of this by foot or take one of the great Cheshire cycleways or byways. There is also a fantastic collection of attractions and places of interest including Chester Zoo, Quarry Bank Mill, Tatton Park, Gulliver’s World Resort and Chester Cathedral. Sporting enthusiasts can even get out and about on horse back, play a round of golf or for the thrill seeker why not take a dip in the Blue reef aquarium shark tank?
