The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen that hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker, a dining area with seating for four people, sitting area featuring a TV, DVD with Digi-box, WiFi, a selection of games and a woodburning stove, along with a sunroom that offers a selection of DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a double with a Sky TV with FreeSat and a king-size, as well as a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a shared rear garden with sloping lawn, patio, gazebo and furniture, and a private side patio with furniture that leads to a side lawn. This property enjoys electric central heating with a woodburning stove. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 1.9 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets.
