Brookside Manor House is a superb detached property in the Glyn Ceiriog Valley near to Chirk in Shropshire. The property sleeps thirty people and has ten bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Also in the house are a large kitchen, a dining hall, a sitting room, a library, a snooker room and a conservatory many with woodburners. Also included is shared use of a swimming pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a tennis court, two squash courts and a gym. Outside are magnificent gardens with outdoor furniture and a built in barbecue. Set in glorious countryside, Brookside Manor House is a stunning property that will live long in the memory.NOTE: Strictly no stag / hen parties or similar
NOTE: The swimming pool and sauna shown in the images above are not included in the rental cost; these facilities are available to book directly with the owner on your arrival for 2-hour private block sessions from 10-12, 1-3pm or 4-6pm daily at 20.00 per session; please note that each session is for a maximum of 10 people for health & safety reasons.
NOTE: The squash courts, gym and tennis courts are not included in the rental cost; these facilities are available for private hire for over 16s. For exclusive use of the two glass-backed squash courts, gym with treadmill, rowing machine and weights and all weather tennis court, please contact the owner on arrival for further information.
The village of Bronygarth is situated in the Ceiriog Valley and lies on the Offa's Dyke Path. Just across the River Ceiriog is Chirk Castle with its gardens, medieval tower and dungeon.
