In terms of bathrooms, one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other bedrooms share access to a wet room with shower and WC.

Outdoors is a patio with outdoor furniture where you can sit out for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Day trip ideas include visiting the marvellous historical city of Lincoln just 30 miles away, the East Lirkby Aviation Museum, the Battle of Britain Visitor Centre or the Lincolnshire Wolds which are only around half an hour away by car.
