The living areas in the property consists of a kitchen with rangemaster cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room, sun room, utility and a sitting room with TV, Freeview, DVD player, selection books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms comprise of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and two twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is a wrap around lawned garden with three patios and furniture, BBQ and hot tub, along with ample off-road parking. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets and smoking are not permitted at this property. This property cannot accept Sunday check-ins and group bookings under the age of 25. It is asked that guests vacate the hot tub by 11pm.
