The living areas in this single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared courtyard garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. On the western side of the East Norfolk Coastline is the award-winning seaside community of Hunstanton, also known as Sunny Hunny, which is recognised for its breathtaking ocean sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful holiday resort for families. The seashore with promenade includes bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade Gardens, theatre, clean, sandy beaches, donkey rides, and sea tours in an amphibious vessel in addition to rock and candyfloss booths, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, and bowling. Numerous events are hosted throughout the year in the town, and on Sunday afternoons a band frequently plays at the bandstand on the green next to the beach, serenading visitors and sunbathers. You come across the vividly coloured cliff walls with intriguing rock pools as you go along the beach in the direction of Old Hunstanton. Along with kite and wind surfers, sunbathers frequent the beach at Old Hunstanton. A wide range of attractions, including NT properties, market towns, and flint villages, are located within a 20-mile radius and have plenty to offer every member of the family.
