This property offers reverse-level accommodation, with four bedrooms: two ground-floor doubles, one ground-floor twin and one ground-floor bunk, as well as a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Additionally, there is a first-floor kitchen/diner, first-floor living/dining room with multi-fuel stove, first-floor sunroom with balcony and an external utility. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility hosts a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment, guests will find a TV, TV with Freeview, DVD Player, CD Player, WiFi and a selection of books. There are electric storage heaters and a multi-fuel stove, with the fuel, power and starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rental cost. Outside is where you will find three off-road parking places, a rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as a balcony with furniture. One well-behaved pet is allowed. Sorry, no smoking is permitted here. The shop can be found within 0.9 miles, the pub within 1.4 miles and the beach within 0.7 miles. Please note that there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200 for the property. Please be mindful of the stone steps in the garden and that it is not enclosed. The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am, please consider this when booking.
