This duplex apartment is on the first floor and hosts four bedrooms: a second-floor king-size with TV, a first-floor double with TV, a second-floor twin and a second-floor bunk. The first-floor bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, whilst the second-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. On the first floor there is also a kitchen/diner and sitting room. Heating is powered by electric and amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entertainment there are four TVs, iPod Dock and WiFi. Fuel, power and linen are all included. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. One small well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted. There is a shop and pub 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 0.2 miles away. Note: Parking is accessed via mounting a curb and is not suitable for low sports cars. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200. Note: Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 10am.
