The property is all-ground-floor with three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, another king-size and a twin. The bathroom hosts a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. An open-plan living space contains a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and multi-fuel stove, alongside a utility and sunroom. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters with a mutli-fuel stove, and amenities includes an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD Player, WiFi and selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove are included. A highchair and travel cot is available on request. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars. With ample outdoor space, the bungalow has a front lawn, an enclosed, elevated side decking with furniture, and a multi-level rear garden with patio, lawn, barbecue and furniture. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. The nearest shop is 2 miles away, the pub 1.8 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200.
