The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with oven and hob, grill, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for six people, a sitting room with TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room and two doubles, along with an additional shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a roof terrace and roadside parking available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ferrystone is a fantastic dwelling for an escape to Devon with loved ones. Please note that as the property is situated over three floors it might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Dartmouth is a renowned tourist destination in Devon because of its location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and proximity to the shore.
