It has four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, (two super King-size, one double and one twin room), plus a family bathroom and wet room. The property also has an open plan living area on the first floor, with luxury kitchen, comfortable sitting area and dining room, plus a separate games room. Outside are two furnished terrace areas, both offering stunning sea views. Woodwell is perfect for the ultimate Salcombe holiday experience, whether you are travelling with friends or family. Parking for up to 3 cars on private drive and in the garageNo pets permitted.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck's where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
