The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen with double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table for ten and sitting area with Smart TV, there is a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a second sitting room with woodburning stove. There is also a boot room and a playroom with games and toys. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with tv, two king-sizes and a nursery with child's bed and cot all serviced by a bathroom shower room and cloakrooms. Outside there is off-road parking for six cars and an enclosed garden with lawn and patio. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included. Explore Oxfordshire at Dove House Farm. Note: This property can sleep eight adults and two children. Note: In the open-plan living area there are two steps down into the kitchen, please take care.
