The Accommodation Comprises:

On the First Floor:

•An elegant lounge with comfy sofas, a TV/DVD player and a warming wood-burner (logs not provided).

•A spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with contemporary amenities such as an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.

On the Ground Floor:

•Three double bedrooms, one of which features a spacious ensuite bathroom. 

•A family shower room with WC and basin.

•A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a cupboard under the stairs. 

Wi-fi, adjustable central heating, and electricity are all included in the rental cost, with bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). 

Outside, is a charming courtyard area with a bench and potted shrubs, accessible through one of the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a further seating area for two outdoors on the upper level, offering a delightful setting to enjoy distant sea views. The property's prime location places it at the heart of the historic medieval village of Dunster, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Surrounded by the picturesque Exmoor countryside, guests can explore ancient buildings, unique boutique shops, the famous Yarn Market, and a variety of pubs, restaurants, and tea rooms.
