With historic character combined with stylish furnishings and fixings, as well as stunning country views from the garden, the Old Malt House is a rural gem. Nestled in a tranquil part of Exmoor National Park close to Dulverton, this is a great place to escape to, for a break where you can truly relax and unwind by the countryside.
Inside this welcoming holiday home offers ample charm with its beautiful décor and exposed beams. The lounge features ample comfy seating, a charming inglenook fireplace, and wood-burning stove as well as a 50 “ Smart TV, which leads to the kitchen/dining area.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine.
For the enjoyment and entertainment of guests there is a rustic games room with a table-tennis table for family fun.
There are two bedrooms;
•a double bedroom with a king-sized bed,
•a twin bedroom.
There is also a ground floor bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.
This is a pet-friendly property and dogs are welcome for a supplement of £15 each.
Outside is a beautiful private enclosed elevated garden which faces south west. This beautiful garden is an idyllic spot to enjoy the setting and features stunning countryside views. Garden furniture is available for dining al fresco in summer time.
Off-road parking for 2 cars and secure bike storage available.
On days out enjoy discovering some of the best of Exmoor National Park.
Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi are all included.
Please note that the property may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility due to the cobbled courtyard entrance.
