Inside the cottage, there is a large lounge with comfy sofas, a warming woodburner and a 40" flat-screen HD TV/DVD player.  This room features captivating views of Exmoor, and is an ideal place to relax and unwind, and catch up with friends and family. The spacious kitchen diner is fully fitted with cream country-style units, granite work surfaces, and limestone flooring, providing a well-equipped space for cooking with amenities such as electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice compartment for easy self-catering. Additionally, a utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an extra sink for added convenience.

The cottage boasts two pretty en-suite bedrooms, including a king-sized double and a further double, both equipped with power showers over baths, toilets, and basins. Included in the rental price are WiFi, electricity, and heating, as well as bed linens, duvets, and towels.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own outdoor and beach towels. Up to two dogs are welcome for a supplement of £15 per dog. 

A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and a cream tea is provided to get your break off to the best of starts, along with essential household items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, kitchen roll, handwash, and toilet paper.

Outside, are beautiful lawned gardens with superb countryside views. There is outdoor garden furniture for dining al fresco in summer time.  The property is ideally situated amidst some of England's most beautiful rural landscapes, with ancient woodlands, heather-covered moors, babbling brooks, and stunning sea vistas accessible directly from the doorstep. There are a range of good circular walks from the property, that start right at the property.
