The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, balcony with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.6 miles, you will find a shop and 0.2 miles a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgates available. Highchair available. Cot available on request (10 charge applies per cot, guests need to bring along own cot bedding, bottom sheet provided). Pets are not permitted. Whisk your loved ones away in style to 20 Poldon. Note: The Swandown site has an indoor pool for the exclusive use of guests of all ages staying at the lodges. The swimming pool can be booked for private use by individual lodges 48 hours in advance. Swandown guests also have membership access to the leisure facilities at The Cricket St Thomas Warner Hotel (approximately 1 mile).The hotel & leisure facilities are exclusively for adults. Guests can access their large swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gymnasium (opening times 8am-6pm).Guests are also able to eat in the hotel bar at lunchtime, which is cashless (card payments only).Spa treatments are available at an extra charge and need to be booked directly with the hotel.Please note: For Christmas and New Year 2024 Swandown, 20 Poldon will ONLY accept a Christmas booking with a start date of the 20th December and a New Year booking from the 27th December 2024.
