Entering the first floor, you'll find a beautifully presented, open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for six guests, and a welcoming sitting area. Settle into the cushioned sofas ready for a film night on the Smart TV, whilst the woodburning stove gently warms the space. However, on summer nights, the balcony is a lovely spot to admire the spectacular views with a glass of wine in hand. Downstairs there are three beautifully presented ground-floor bedrooms; a master king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom. This reverse-level lodge has a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for six guests, and a sitting area with a balcony, woodburning stove, Smart TV, DVD player, and Smart speaker. Amenities include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There are three ground-floor bedrooms, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a garden with hot tub and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.6 miles, there is a shop and within 0.2 miles a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgate available on request. Highchair available. Cot available on request (10 charge applies per cot, guests need to bring along own cot bedding, bottom sheet provided). Note: The Swandown site has an indoor pool for the exclusive use of guests of all ages staying at the lodges.The swimming pool can be booked for private use by individual lodges 48 hours in advance. Swandown guests also have membership access to the leisure facilities at The Cricket St Thomas Warner Hotel (approximately 1 mile).The hotel & leisure facilities are exclusively for adults.Guests can access their large swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gymnasium (opening times 8am-6pm).Guests are also able to eat in the hotel bar, which is cashless (card payments only).Spa treatments are available at an extra charge and need to be booked directly with the hotel. Please note: For Christmas and New Year 2024 Swandown, 19 Poldon will ONLY accept a Christmas booking with a start date of the 20th December and a New Year booking from the 27th December 2024.
