The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, TV, woodburning stove, and balcony, and a first-floor cloakroom. The bedrooms are situated on the ground-floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, BBQ, patio, and furniture, and parking. You'll find a shop in 3.6 miles and within 0.2 miles a pub. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair available. Stair gate available on request. Cot available on request (10 charge applies per cot, guests need to bring along own cot bedding, bottom sheet provided). 16 Netherhaye is a fabulous base to enjoy the rural setting of Somerset. Note: The Swandown site has an indoor pool for the exclusive use of guests of all ages staying at the lodges.The swimming pool can be booked for private use by individual lodges 48 hours in advance. Swandown guests also have membership access to the leisure facilities at The Cricket St Thomas Warner Hotel (approximately 1 mile).The hotel & leisure facilities are exclusively for adults.Guests can access their large swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gymnasium (opening times 8am-6pm).Guests are also able to eat in the hotel bar at lunchtime, which is cashless (card payments only).Spa treatments are available at an extra charge and need to be booked directly with the hotel.Please note: For Christmas and New Year 2024 Swandown, 16 Netherhaye will ONLY accept booking with Friday or Monday changeover.
