Holly Lodge consists of a kitchen/diner with range oven and hob, microwave, dining seating for eight, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV, a cloakroom, a utility and a library. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor wet room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, plus a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and hot tub. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, pets welcome but please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
