Home Farm (16) is a magnificent farmhouse situated just outside of Cokethorpe, Oxfordshire. It is set at the end of a mile long drive, in the stunning Cotswolds grounds. Internally, there is a living room with a piano, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. There is a second living room with a wood burning stove, as well as a playroom for children. Upstairs has one king-siz bedroom and one twin bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom and WC, four twin bedrooms, and two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an enclosed garden area with furniture and a barbecue available on request. The property has uninterrupted views over the countryside with its immaculate gardens, including a tennis court and a large gated pond. Children have access to the climbing frame and swings also. Ample off road parking is available. Home Farm (16) is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.

Enjoy demonstrations, tours and animal feeding at this unique manor house. On the outskirts of Witney, find Witney Golf Centre and the Crocodiles of the World zoo. This is an excellent place for holidaymakers of all ages.
