Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, coffee machine, and dishwasher, and a Smart TV. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture and parking available. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.7 miles, and River North Tyne in 0.9 miles.
