Description

The living areas in this four-storey home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a utility with freezer and washing machine, and a lower-ground-floor sitting room with Smart TV, a selection of books, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and two second-floor doubles, serviced by a second-floor bathroom and a ground-floor wet room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn patio and furniture, an enclosed rear patio with several sets of furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2 miles and a pub in 0.9 miles. For a lovely, rural base in East Sussex, book Six Acres House. Note: The access lane must be kept clear. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care.
