The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine, a dining area with breakfast bar for two guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine-style double bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. To the exterior, there is an outside area with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 3.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of 25 per week for a 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Beckaford View is a delightful base, ideal for a couple's getaway in Devon. Note: The property is next to the owner's home. Note: There are unfenced ponds nearby, please ensure dogs are supervised. Note: The stunning picture windows have blinds fitted which can cover the lower section of the window leaving the Dartmoor scenery available to guests for morning viewing.
