This traditional cottage is attached to the owners' home in a delightful forest setting, 1 mile from the village of Llanferres and 4 miles from Ruthin, at the foot of Moel Famau in Denbighshire. Offering superb forest and hill views in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this gem of a cottage boasts delightful, cosy accommodation with an open plan fitted kitchen, sitting area and dining area, all of which create a homely atmosphere. Completing the accommodation is a mezzanine double bedroom with exposed beams and an en-suite shower room. Moel Famau, the highest peak in the Clwydian Range can be accessed from the cottage, and Loggerheads Country Park with its wonderful walking tracks and discovery trail is nearby. Further afield is the Llandegla Mountain Bike Centre, or you may wish to enjoy lake fishing in one of the many local fisheries. This lovely cottage provides the ideal romantic getaway. The Little White Cottage is a delightful holiday home set in a rural location, close to Ruthin in North Wales. This cottage sleeps two people in one mezzanine double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for 1 car and an enclosed, front patio with furniture and barbecue. The Little White Cottage is an ideal base for a couple who enjoy walking and those who wish to visit the towns of Ruthin and Mold. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
The town of Ruthin is situated to the north of Llangollen via the breathtaking Horseshoe Pass in North Wales. The town offers half-timbered buildings, shops, Ruthin Gaol and Ruthin Craft Centre.
