There is an additional cloakroom on the first floor. Leading from the light and airy hallway is the garden room where you can enjoy table tennis and access the decked terrace and South facing garden beyond via the full width bi-fold doors. Make your way to the first floor where you will find the most delightful living area with magnificent panoramic views, offering an open plan living area including kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The fully equipped kitchen is a sociable area with it's central island to sit around with drinks whilst the group chef prepares the family meals which can be enjoyed at the generous sized dining table or on the large decked balcony, admiring the far reaching views as you dine. The whole group can relax together on the sumptuous seating to either enjoy some music from the smart device or view a film on the 50" Smart TV. For quieter moments retreat into the adjacent snug for reading on the sofa or catching up with the news on the Smart TV.
