This three-storey home has a kitchen/diner, two utilities, a living/dining room with open fire, a sitting room, and a second-floor games room with Smart TV, sofa beds, and table tennis. There's also a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite, a king-size, a twin, and a single with trundle, serviced by a bathroom and two shower rooms. Appliances include an AGA, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and two further Smart TVs for entertainment. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn with patio, decking, furniture, barbecue, hot tub and an unfenced pond, and a private driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles and a pub in 0.8 miles.
