The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a snug with woodburning stove and TV, a cloakroom, and an external games room with pool table and darts. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with balcony, en-suite, and walk-in wardrobe, a double, a twin, and a family room, with king-size (zip/link), daybed and sofa bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with decking and furniture, a rear courtyard with furniture, hot tub, barbecue and outdoor shower, and off-road parking for eight cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles and a pub in 2 miles. Golf House is the ideal Staffordshire escape for a family or large group. Note: The lake is fenced and will have signage for access; please ensure children and pets are supervised.
