The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, a dining area with seating and a sitting area, a utility with fridge/freezer and a sitting room with Smart TV and gas-fired woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private rear courtyard with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one average sized family car. Sorry no vans or work vehicles. Free street parking and local car parks available for extra vehicles. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 4 The Old Council House is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Warwickshire has to offer.
