The property is heated via oil central heating, with underfloor heating provided in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fit with a range oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, whilst the utility comprises of a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment purposes, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Outside there is off-road parking for 6 cars and a garden with an orchard, lawn, summerhouse and furniture. Apologies, but this property does not accept pets or smoking.
