Open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area and sitting area, first-floor kitchen with range cooker, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and first-floor snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size, a super-king-size, and a second-floor super-king-size, all with en-suite shower, a second-floor king-size, a twin and a single, bathroom and second-floor shower room. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, private lake and furniture, a raised-level decking area with hot tub and off-road parking for four cars. Please note, this property welcomes four well-behaved dogs at 25 each per day, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Explore Wales from Tan Yr Allt. Note: Due to the property being situated next to a lake, children and pets are to be supervised at all times. Note: Fishing is available on the lake. Note: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
