The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a first-floor living/dining room with seating for 4 and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a twin and a ground-floor double, there is an enclosed multi-level garden with gravelled area, patio and furniture and parking is available in the village nearby. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub. This property accepts one well-behaved pet, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack of logs, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to the country with a stay at Pengeulan. Note: Property is accessed via a footpath passing in front of .a number of terraced properties.Please note - The cottage is not suitable for Children under the age of 8.
Cemmaes is a charming, pint-sized village set in the stunning valley of the River Dyfi. Home to a village church, a traditional country pub and a well-stocked convenience store, Cemmaes offers all of the essentials to its visitors. Machynlleth, a small market town, is only 10 minutes away, where the streets are lined with specialty shops, pubs, and cafes, as well as weekly market stalls. The superb walking, mountain biking, riding, beaches, fishing and rock climbing available in the area are easily accessible from Cemmaes.

There are so many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors you will be spoilt for choice. Spend the day fishing at a quiet lake or river, enjoy a family hack through superb woodland, go for a paddle on the River Wye in a canoe or enjoy a sunny game of golf.
