Description

The living areas of this single-storey annex include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for two and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, forty acres of private land and off-road parking for two cars. Two well behaved pets welcome, however dogs need to be kept on leads at all times, due to wildlife and ground nesting birds. Within 3.7 miles you will find a shop or a pub. Please, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Explore the stunning countryside of Wales with a stay at Graig Fawr.
