The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for nine guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor triple bunk (double below, single above) with Smart TV, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a king-size with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Outside there is a garden with patio area, lawns and a hot tub as well as off-road parking for five cars. A shop is 3.2 miles away and a pub 1.1 miles away and two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a stylish holiday home-from-home, Rudbaxton Water is the perfect destination. Note: There is a steep drop in the garden, please supervise pets and children at all times. Note: There is a stream in the front garden, please ensure dogs and children are supervised. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 450.
