The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric double ovens, an induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV and a lower-ground-floor sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV, a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, a lower-ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a single with a trundle, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a balcony with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub.
