This single-storey barn conversion has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, a cloakroom with washing machine, and two double bedrooms with en-suites. Appliances consist of an electric AGA, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and for entertainment, a Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for three cars. Please note - Charging of electric cars at the property is prohibited! This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles and a pub in 1 mile. Enjoy rural Oxfordshire at Cotswold View. Note: Check-in from 6pm, check-out by 10am. Cot and high chair available - Please advise if you would like this prior to your stay.Please note - Charging of electric cars at the property is prohibited! Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally.
