The living areas in this second-floor duplex apartment consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and a ground-floor double with Smart TV, along with a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a communal rear garden with lawn, patio, and a picnic bench, as well as a designated parking space for one car and additional parking on a first come first served basis. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, pub, and a river, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Penthouse is an idyllic spot from which to explore the treasures of North Yorkshire with your loved ones. Note: There are steeps steps in the property which may not be suitable for this with limited mobility
