Sunnyvale House is over four floors with a kitchen with range cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, dining room with seating for fourteen guests, a sitting room with Smart TV, garden room, and cloakroom. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a double, a second-floor double with TV and en-suite bathroom, two third-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and a second-floor twin with en-suite shower room, plus a shower room and first-floor cloakroom. Enclosed rear garden with furniture, large hot tub, limited roadside parking is available. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is set over four floors and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Please Note: no anti-social behaviour as the property is in a residential area.
