Upon entering Sanders House through an outdoor staircase, guests are greeted by a tastefully decorated interior adorned with rustic, original features. The first floor boasts an elegant, fully-equipped kitchen/diner, complete with a wall-mounted Smart TV, perfect for crafting delicious meals and enjoying quality time with loved ones while savoring a glass of your preferred beverage. Adjacent to the kitchen/diner is a welcoming sitting room, furnished with a plush corner sofa ideal for relaxing and hosting movie nights with the entire group.

Traverse the stairs to the second and third floors of Sanders House, where four luxurious bedrooms await, offering a choice between two doubles and two twins, two of which are accompanied by their very own en-suite bath and shower facilities. Guests can start their day with a rejuvenating shower and a morning coffee before setting out to explore the numerous attractions of Whitby, such as the iconic Whitby Abbey, historic St Mary’s Church, and the renowned Whalebone Arch and 199 Steps. Sanders House is a delightful home featuring a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include a range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bath and shower, and a two twins, one with-en-suite shower, serviced by a communal shower. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Bring your loved ones to make memories at Sanders House. Note: Property accessed via external staircase, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No parking, garden, or pets.Any XSB booking must span 25th and 26th December 2023. No changeover before 27th December.
