Description

The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room with TV, a selection of books and games, and dining seating for six and a sunroom with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a small double serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a large, enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oak Tree Barn is a wonderful setting for a getaway in North Yorkshire. Note: This property sleeps six, but the double room houses a small double bed. Note: Please check dog breed with owner.
