The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with double oven, combi microwave/oven, gas hob, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine chiller, breakfast bar seating, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a TV, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 10, and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room, a king-size, a second-floor king-size, a single with TV and a family room with king-size and a sofa double with TV and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and two cloakrooms, one of which is on the second floor. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
