There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To complete the property, there is a utility and a snug with a woodburning stove. Central heating is gas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas AGA, electric hob, 2 x microwave, fridge and dishwasher, whilst the utility hosts a washing machine For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, a front gravelled area and a large rear garden with patio and lawned area.
