Brookwood has an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, a dining area for six, a sitting area and a separate sitting room with a TV and fire. There is a downstairs cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. No pets and no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in rent. Explore the amazing North Yorkshire coast and countryside with a stay at Brookwood.
