The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, highchair, Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with washer/dryer, a pantry, a snug with TV, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a ground-floor double, all with en-suites, and a further double, serviced by a shower room and a cloakroom, and 2 ground-floor singles. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hot tub, summerhouse with TV and sofa bed, and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. 2 The Croft is a wonderful base for a large group break to North Yorkshire. Note: There is a small stream at the bottom of the garden; please take care. Note: Minimum 3 night stays only.
