Wyngate consists of a kitchen/diner with a range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a sitting room with gas fire and Smart TV, and a snug. The bedrooms includea king-size with en-suite roll, a ground-floor double with en-suite, another double and a twin along with a separate Bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a summer house with furniture, pool table and hockey table plus off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a beach within 0.2 miles and a pub within 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wyngate is a delightful spot for your stay in Norfolk. Note: There are steps down on the king-sized bedroom. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Gardener attends to property on alternate Saturdays.
