Description

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a wireless speaker, and breakfast bar, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Netflix, and a woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hammock, egg chair, hot tub, sun loungers, and tiki bar with fridge. Please note that some garden furniture is not set out between October and end of March due to weather conditions. Off-road parking for one car. Two small/medium well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tawny Owl Cottage is a wonderful base for a romantic break to Lincolnshire. Note: The accommodation is located to the rear of the owner's home. Please note: Two small/medium well-behaved dogs welcome. If upon arrival at property the dogs are deemed too large by the owner you may be asked to cancel your booking. Please contacts us if you have any queries.Outside garden works are taking place during Jan - March 2025 and willbe completely by end of March 2025. The cottage is offering reduced pricingfor guests during these months. The works will be sectioned off and do noteffect the use of the hot tub or garden for cottage guests.
