Description

This detached cottage consists of four bedrooms including a ground-floor super-king-size, two super-king-size and a family room with a super-king-size and a sofa bed, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, PS4 and games, Sonos Sound System, selection of books, games and DVDs, a pool table, and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture, barbecue and a fire pit. A travel cot, highchair and starter pack for the woodburning stove can be provided on request, but please note the starter pack is an additional fee of 10. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Superfast WiFi are included in the price. A shop can be found within 7.5 miles and a pub within 1,5 miles. Gunner Cottage is a superb retreat for a family break to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Note: The dining table can seat eight or nine with an additional fold-up chair or stool. Note: The ground floor is level are there are no internal steps other than the staircase leading to the first floor; there are no steps leading into the cottage.
