The living areas of this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining space for four and a sitting room with Smart TV and day bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV and a twin, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a front garden with patio and furniture and enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking veranda, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2 miles or less you will find a shop. A pub and a beach, and please note that pets are allowed and this is a smoke-free property.
