Move through to the kitchen, home to a contemporary assortment of appliances, including an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, so you are fully equipped for home-cooking. Serve a delicious dinner at the dining table, popping open a bottle of fizz in the process, before enjoying the last of the evening sun at the patio furniture. Venture upstairs to reach the bedroom, hosting a king-size bed and chest of drawers plus a Freeview TV, while across the mezzanine hall is a spacious shower room with walk-in shower cubicle. The bedroom also has an air conditioning unit which can be requested during exceptionally hot weather for a small additional weekly charge. Yarpole offers an award-winning community shop selling cupboard essentials and a superb community pub, The Bell, serving a varied menu and selection of ales which is just a stones throw away. Just a short car journey away is the Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum, ideal for an afternoon stroll or bike ride, plus nature lovers will appreciate the 47-acre tree collection with rare and exotic trees. Within the area there are several picturesque National Trust properties, including Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and Parkland, plus some unique attractions like the Monkland Cheese Dairy, a working dairy producing and selling local, artisan cheeses. Ludlow is eight miles away and offers a variety of amenities, including a range of well-established restaurants, independent shops and a farmers market, along with some must see attractions such as the historical ruins of Ludlow Castle, Whitcliffe Common Nature Reserve and Ludlow Museum. There is a king-size bedroom and shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, lockable bike storage, and a patio with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Middle Farm is a splendid retreat in the heart of the Shropshire Hills AONB. Please note, there is a freezer and washing machine upon request. Note: Adults only.
