This beautiful, newly refurbished, detached holiday home is the perfect choice for families or friends looking to explore the wonders of North Wales with their beloved canine companion; it benefits from a welcoming and contemporary interior complete with four bedrooms, a games rooms and a conservatory, also a spacious garden and a fantastic setting close to the beach, local amenities and Snowdonia National Park. After a day full of exploration, cross the threshold into your new home-from-home stepping into an open-plan living space where you can unwind on the plush sofas in front of the Smart TV. Later, head into the kitchen, furnished with all the appliances you need to cook up a storm; sample your culinary delights around the dining table or indulge in a spot of alfresco dining out on the patio. Enjoy the last of the evening with a glass of wine in hand while the kids burn off their energy in the games room home to a pool table and Smart TV. When the evening draws to a close, travel to the first floor to freshen up in the shower room before sloping off to sleep in one of four bedrooms; choose from a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size and two doubles. During the day, take a short walk down to the shores of Marine Beach where you and your dog can stroll along the seafront taking in the sea air. Criccieth Castle also lies right on the coast, built by Llywelyn the Great, the castle now offers tours around its ruins and breath-taking views across the coast from its top. Follow the coast to reach the popular, tourist village of Portmeirion which was modelled on Italian villages or head to Harlech to experience its stunning castle and breath-taking beach which looks out onto Cardigan Bay. The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with a Range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining table for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is also a conservatory and games room with pool table and Smart TV The bedrooms all have HD TVs and consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size (zip/link) and two doubles serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a read garden with patio, gravelled area and barbecue. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and 0.1 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore North Wales at Tarth Y Mor.
